Robert Stern’s 520 Park Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side was BHB’s debut residential partner in the USA.
The BHB team created the 520 Park Avenue Global Private Office, providing a white glove lifestyle and travel program to the building’s residents, both in New York and around the world.
111 WEST 57TH, NEW YORK
A unique project comprising the original landmarked Steinway Hall and a glass skyscraper by SHoP Architects, 111 West 57th St is one of the most exciting recent additions to New York’s skyline.
BHB partnered with the building to launch the 111W57th Global Concierge program for residents, providing access and global connections to residents to enhance their every day.
THE LEYTON, NEW YORK
The design of The Leyton, BHB’s most recent luxury condo building on the Upper East Side, was inspired by the intimacy and ambiance of a boutique hotel.
Buying into the building, the residents gain access to the BHB Concierge program, plugging into BHB’s global network of tastemakers and connectors. BHB created the bespoke resident app, through which residents can log requests, and view curated inspirational content and insider guides.
EIGHTY SEVEN PARK, MIAMI
Eighty Seven Park, designed by master architect Renzo Piano, is a truly breathtaking addition to Surfside, Miami.
BHB’s work, as an extension of the KW in-house management team, delivered a Global Private Office service to Eighty Seven Park residents, taking impeccable care of them wherever they are in the world. Residents could access the service through a fully bespoke and white-labelled building management app through BHB’s app partner Spike Global.
MR.C RESIDENCES, DUBAI
The Mr. C Residences in Jumeirah are Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani’s contemporary take on classic European living, inspired by Old World sophistication and modern comfort.
BHB have collaborated with Mr. C to create a bespoke Private Office for the purchasers, giving them access to the global lifestyle and travel service beginning 2 years prior to the building’s completion date.
SABINA ESTATES, IBIZA
Located on the West Coast of Ibiza, Sabina Estates created a private residence club of 50 luxury villas, designed by 18 of the world’s most celebrated architects including John Pawson and David Chipperfield, alongside a 16k sq. ft. clubhouse.
The Sabina-branded global concierge service, taking care of residents when they are on, and off, the island, consisted of the curation of app content to engage and inspire, exclusive invitations to events and experiences and the nurture of prospective clients
