Monica holds a Postgraduate Diploma and Master's degree in International Hospitality Management from Les Roches in Marbella. Born in Luxembourg with a Scandinavian upbringing, she developed a sharp eye for excellence and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Her early career took her across the French and Swiss Alps, working in luxury events, high-end client experiences, and high fashion, before she joined San Vicente Clubs — playing a key role in membership, programming, and the opening of two new properties in Los Angeles and New York.

Outside of work, you'll find her on a ski slope, reconnecting with friends across the globe, or seeking out new corners of the world and the people that come with them.
