Harry Becher – Founder

Harry Becher - Founder

Harry has been a fixer since school and started out in the hospitality business, before a talent for making connections took him to LA to set up the Quintessentially franchise. Since 2006, he has been acting as a fixer for brands, corporations and private clients. Harry is a patron of the cancer awareness charity Coppafeel! and when not working, he is happiest in Andalusia, Spain, sitting in the sun and eating tapas.

Phoebe Hoyer Millar - Global Director of Private Clients & Partnerships, London

Phoebe graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Sociology and Social Policy. She went on to work at a luxury lifestyle magazine where she focused her talents on branding and advertisements before joining a boutique executive search firm. She spent 2017 selling premium wine rooms and wine cellars and joins the client services team at BHB as client manager. Outside the office, you’ll find her at the beach, taking every opportunity she can to explore new places!

Katherine Braithwaite - Financial and Operations Director

A fashion graduate, a poetry writer and a men's clothier; Katherine started working with Harry in 2010 when she joined him as an EA from Oliver Brown, where she helped run one of London's leading gentleman's outfitters. She now has two children who keep her pretty busy as well as looking after the BHB team and running the finance side of the business.

Athena Lees-Jones - Client Director, London

Born and raised in Cheshire, Athena was educated in Oxfordshire and went on to attend the Oxford Media and Business School. She is happy to have made London her home for the last few years. Athena previously worked as Client Liaison for an international luxury matchmaking service and joins BHB with a multi skill set with prior experience in finding ideal life partners. Outside of work you can find Athena trying out restaurants and bars across London - she has a passion for food and also enjoys everything to do with fashion.

Grace Gardner - Account Executive, London

Born in Buenos Aires and raised in Miami before moving back to England aged 11, Grace has always had a love for travel and exploring other cultures. She graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Spanish, having also lived in Madrid for a year whilst completing her degree. Grace has joined BHB as an Account Executive after working as a Social Media Content Executive for a PR consultancy.  

Outside the office, Grace can be found exploring London’s food markets, delving into a historical fiction novel or planning her next trip to the Dorset coast, which is her happy place.

Louis Buckworth - Partner, BHB America

Louis Buckworth has worked in New York’s real estate market since 2010. His foremost expertise lies in the facets of the City’s New Development and Real Estate Investment markets. He has facilitated transactions for a wealth of international buyers, sellers and investors in excess of $3 Billion Dollars. He concentrates his efforts on servicing individual transactions for select HNW clients.  

Prior to his arrival in New York from London, Louis graduated from the University of London’s Law School with honors. He subsequently established himself as a successful independent figure in the hospitality sector.

Between 2010 and 2015 Louis financed and co-developed over 500,000 square feet of residential assets in New York and Miami.

Elodie Erakovic - Managing Partner, BHB Europe

A hospitality management graduate from Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland and a former professional athlete, Elodie has developed, since her young years, a passion for traveling and people. She has started her career working in hotels across Asia, which led her wanting to provide a more dedicated and personalised service to clients by joining the Lifestyle Management industry in 2014, based out of Monaco. She is often considered as the European Lifestyle Fixer and thrives in making the impossible possible.

In her off times, Elodie always takes a chance to discover new destinations, hotels or new restaurant concepts.

Michelle Marozzi - Head of Lifestyle, BHB Europe

Born in Milan, raised in Monaco, and a marketing graduate from London, Michelle is a dynamic individual with a background in consulting and a deep passion for fashion. She finds joy in exploring new countries, immersing herself in diverse cultures, and savoring various cuisines as an avid traveler. Networking with people from all walks of life is her forte, and she excels in building connections that transcend boundaries. Fluent in four languages, she navigates effortlessly through different cultures.

Drawing from her extensive background, she has cultivated a profound appreciation for the realm of hospitality, continually on the lookout for the most exquisite hotels, restaurants and unique experiences in every place she visits. In essence, Michelle is a fashion enthusiast, a global explorer, a dedicated networker, and a connoisseur of life's finer aspects.

Clementine Coletta - Head of Operations & Events Director, BHB Europe

A French luxury events expert, holds a Master’s in Luxury Hospitality and Event Management from the International University of Monaco and a Master II in Business & Economics from INSEEC Paris Business School. With extensive multi-destination expertise, she has excelled as a Groups & Events Specialist at Intercontinental Hotel Group. In Monaco, she has skillfully orchestrated opulent events, managed teams, and directed high-profile occasions. Beyond her professional achievements, Clémentine's 15-year dedication to classical dance at the conservatory adds a refined touch to her creative flair. Her passion for traveling and exploring diverse cultures, particularly within the realm of luxury hospitality, drives her commitment to crafting exceptional experiences.

Alex Field - Advisor, BHB Global

Alex is a seasoned luxury, high net worth industry marketing consultant having spent 20 years working in or with LVMH, Six Senses, China based investment group Reignwood, Four Seasons, Wentworth Club, Birley Clubs, Thomas Pink and Moet Hennessy.

He created the first private client business at Moet Hennessy UK, and launched Belvedere Vodka into the UK. He sat on the board of Thomas Pink, and helped create the world's only Members Club between Chateau Latour and Four Seasons, at Ten Trinity Square, London.  

Oliver Venn - BHB Global Real Estate

Oliver has nearly two decades of residential property transactions under his belt. Starting his career with Foxtons, spanning nearly 14 years operating across multiple prime central London locations. He then moved across to Knight Frank prime and super prime markets which marked a significant step in his career and more recently for Druce International heading up both the Marylebone and Chelsea offices. Oliver has a diverse area of expertise focusing on sourcing off market properties, an area where discretion and long standing network connections are vital, disposal of assets, development opportunities and investment portfolios. Oliver has a deep passion for offering best in class service to his clients and has a fundamental understanding of what his clients needs are.

Rebecca Farrer - BHB Global Real Estate

Rebecca graduated with a BA Honours degree from Nottingham University. She then worked at both Knight Frank and Savills respectively in the West End Development and Institutional Sales Team. She  gained extensive experience, in development appraisals, finance vehicles and sales of super prime luxury residential properties.  Rebecca went on to work client side for a large corporate, acquiring land and buildings throughout the UK and Europe before settling back in London. She went on to help establish the core sales business at Domus Nova in Notting Hill. It is here she first realised her passion for luxury property development. Rebecca has developed, managed consulted and troubleshot on property schemes, ranging from £1m to £60m in Prime Central London and the Cotswolds. These projects have been self-financed as well as JV projects, working in close coordination with core investors and long-established clients. Latterly Rebecca has worked and consulted in the strategic land and brownfield remediation sectors.

Olivia Hunt - Partner, BHB Hospitality

Born and raised in London, Olivia has worked in luxury hospitality for over ten years, seven of which were spent working closely with André Balazs across his various properties. From there she moved on to Senior Executive positions first at The Arts Club and then Maison Estelle. 

Olivia is passionate about delivering experience and has a profound understanding of the industry’s nuances, particularly in the membership sector.

Frankie Thornton - Global Managing Director

Frankie joined BHB in 2018 to help launch the New York office. She comes from a background of media, marketing and client management, working at Nectar Loyalty for four years in a strategy role before moving to the US.

She loves all things food and has quickly built up a catalogue of the best restaurants and bars in New York. When not eating, you'll find her working it off at the gym, going to the theatre or taking every opportunity to explore America.
